A brand new “Song Of the Week” and hey! It’s kind of a sequel to one of the stories/songs from the book!

Well I sang you a song ’bout some birds that’d gone and got themselves stuck on ski’s – Let you know what went wrong when some turtles had gone and got themselves stuck in the trees – Well they still come and go but it’s a whole different show – They just go by slower – Go by slower – Well now the snow is all gone and they lounge on the lawn just a strollin’ along with the bees – And though the turtles and birds they don’t know all the words they’re still all tryin’ to sing – Well they still come and go but it’s a whole different show – They just go by slower – Go by slower – They’re still all tryin’ to sing – Same old snow – Same old trees – Same old turtles – Same old bees

Well folks, we’re at the half-way point with this “Song Of the Week” thing and man has it been fun! This one is from our recent little trip to Mammoth.

We’ve got the CD together and it should be up here in a couple more weeks.
