So this is going to be something different. Andy recommended I try a thing called “Song Fight.” They give a song title every week (this week it’s “Interesting Times”), you post your song up on their site, and then anyone can vote for the best song that week.

The more I listen to this, the more I like it. Production’s loose in all the right places, the meter of the verses is great. I don’t know what the Songfight folks will think about it, since they’re more tuned for indie-rock than anything else. Should be interesting!
